📌Yesterday, PACE brought together more than 30 professionals from across Europe for the first meeting of its International Professional Network. The Network connects healthcare professionals, prison staff, researchers, policymakers and other experts working to improve health in prison settings. During the meeting, participants: ✔️exchanged experiences and good practices on HPV, HBV and HCV prevention from Finland, Italy, Portugal, and Moldova, and additional contributions from Greece and Romania ✔️identified challenges and opportunities across different prison systems ✔️shared ideas that can help shape future pathfinder interventions. By bringing together expertise from different countries and disciplines, the Network aims to support practical, evidence-informed solutions that strengthen cancer prevention and health equity in prison settings. Thank you to all participants for their valuable contributions. We look forward to continuing this collaboration in the coming months.
